- Warm the tortillas in a pan for a few seconds to make them soft and easy to roll.
- If needed, cook or reheat the chicken in a skillet with a little salt and pepper.
- Prepare the vegetables by slicing the avocado, chopping the lettuce, dicing the tomatoes, and slicing the cucumber and onion.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread a small amount of mayonnaise or yogurt in the center.
- Add the cooked chicken, avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion evenly on each tortilla.
- Season the filling with a little salt and black pepper.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Slice in half and serve immediately for the best taste.
