Ingredients

  • 4 - tortillas large, soft
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or yogurt optional sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas in a pan for a few seconds to make them soft and easy to roll.

  2. If needed, cook or reheat the chicken in a skillet with a little salt and pepper.

  3. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the avocado, chopping the lettuce, dicing the tomatoes, and slicing the cucumber and onion.

  4. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a small amount of mayonnaise or yogurt in the center.

  5. Add the cooked chicken, avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion evenly on each tortilla.

  6. Season the filling with a little salt and black pepper.

  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.

  8. Slice in half and serve immediately for the best taste.
