  • 200 g cream cheese softened
  • 200 g smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp capers optional
  • 1/4 - red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional, for freshness

Method
 

  1. Prepare the bagels:
    Slice the bagels in half. If desired, lightly toast them for a warm and slightly crispy texture
  2. Spread the cream cheese:
